Introduction

Namleh Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AquaSort mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Information

• Advertising Identifiers:We collect your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
• Analytics Data: We collect anonymous usage data including session duration, levels completed, app crashes, and device information (OS version, device model, screen resolution) to improve the App experience.
• IP Address: Collected by our ad and analytics partners for geographic targeting and fraud prevention. We do not store IP addresses ourselves.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
• We do not require account creation or login.
• We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or any on-device data.
• We do not collect payment information (the App is free with no in-app purchases).

Advertising

AquaSort displays advertisements served through Unity LevelPlay (formerly IronSource), which acts as a mediation platform connecting multiple ad networks. These ad networks may collect and use data as described in their own privacy policies, including:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device and network information
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Ad Network Partners

Our mediation platform may serve ads from networks including but not limited to: AdMob (Google), Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, and others. Each network operates under its own privacy policy.

Ad Personalization

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Consent Mechanism

• iOS (ATT): On first launch, the App displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline tracking, we serve only contextual (non-personalized) ads.
• Android: We comply with Google's consent requirements. Users in applicable regions (EEA, UK) are shown a consent dialog under the IAB TCF v2.0 framework before any personal data is processed for advertising.
• GDPR / CCPA: Users may withdraw consent at any time through their device's privacy settings.

Data Retention

• Advertising identifiers are processed in real-time by ad networks and are not stored by us independently.
• Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months to analyze trends and improve the App.
• Crash reports are retained for up to 12 months.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:

1. Ad networks (via LevelPlay mediation) for the purpose of serving advertisements
2. Analytics providers for app performance monitoring
3. Law enforcement if required by applicable law

Children's Privacy

AquaSort is a general-audience puzzle game rated 4+ (Everyone). While the App is suitable for all ages:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).
• We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.
• If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
• Parents or guardians who believe their child's information has been collected can contact us at the email below.

Third-Party Links

The App does not contain links to external websites or services. Advertisements displayed within the App may direct users to third-party sites, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect data processed through our App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data collection for advertising purposes
